No. 40 Rutledge - A beautiful rendering of
this home on Rutledge Hill as it looked in
the early 1900's. This house has been
restored and stands today in almost
original condition. The home belonged to
William Culbert who was a boiler maker
for Captain Tom Ryman's steamboat line.
Ryman lived just around the corner from
this house on Market Street. This drawing
